Property Notes

All reservations require immediate payment at the time of booking. A 50% deposit is required for bookings made 31 days or more before the arrival date. For bookings made 30 days or less before arrival, 100% payment is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. An AUD 300 refundable bond is payable by credit card 30 days before arrival and is refunded 7 business days after departure. All payments must be made by credit card via the payment gateway, Stripe. A non-refundable 1.45% + 0.22 Stripe transaction fee applies to all payments, including the bond. Payments will appear as ACCOMMODATE BLUE MOUNT on your bank statement. Cancellations made 31 days or more before arrival incur a non-refundable AUD 5 channel manager fee. Cancellations made within 30 days before arrival are non-refundable. Changes to booking dates are not permitted within 30 days of the arrival date. If travel is prohibited due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to one year in advance with one free date change. The accommodation is not responsible for cancellations of events, functions, or activities. Such cancellations will be governed by the property's standard cancellation policy. The property endeavours to ensure that the content and images are accurate and up-to-date. However, occasional discrepancies may occur due to delays or changes beyond the property's control. The property cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Sensational property for a large self catering group. Highly recommended!"

The spaciousness of the property was brilliant. 10 adults and 4 small children with loads of space The kitchen was superbly equipped to cater for a large group. My son, a chef was impressed with the facilities, utensils and supplied equipment. The wood fired oven was great for preparing pizzas and seafood. The toys and games for children and adults were an unexpected surprise. All the beds were comfortable, with good linen etc. Don’t miss out the short hike to Kings Cave - across the highway and railway station.

The traffic noise whilst outside is an issue, but inside the house and on the southern side of the house it is a very minimal issue (this issue is outside the control of the property owners).

The house was spacious, well maintained and had superb views. The kitchen and dining facilities were top notch and easily able to manage a large group. The rooms were all large with comfortable beds easily able to support the different sizes and make-ups of the groups. The yard and outdoor seating arrangements were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. Both the kids and dog had plenty of space to run around, including the verandahs.

The house is beautifully restored and very clean with plenty of beds in every room

The heaters in the rooms didn’t really work as they kept tripping the circuit

Everything! Perfect for our group of 12.

Only issue was identifying the access off the busy freeway. Once inside it was perfect.

This property was beautifully clean, comfortable, well equipped, with a gorgeous view across the blue mountains.

There was a little road noise when we were outside, but it wasn’t a problem inside the house.

It felt luxurious. Was well stocked with basic condiments for cooking, was very clean. View was superb (when rain clouds went away).

First time we all missed the driveway - it came up very quickly after coming around a bend. And we couldn’t work out how to use dishwasher.

A fantastic place for families with children to come together. The children had a ball running around the property playing Hide and Seek and Tip.
