Pokój na najwyższym piętrze ma widok na morze. Na jedną noc ok. Właściciel udostępnił darmowe miejsce parkingowe. Internet jest w całym obiekcie, dość szybki.

Wymaga kilku napraw, np instalacja elektryczna od klimatyzacji zabezpieczona jest taśma izolacyjna na którą kapie woda z wymiennika. Wspólna kuchnia jest w złym stanie, wszystko się lepi, brakuje garnków, a w kuchence działa tylko jedno pole grzewcze.

Любезен и отзивчив персонал.

Хигиената е на много ниско ниво. Уж току-що почистена стая, готова за настаняване, беше потънала с косми от предходните гости, под леглата изобщо не беше почиствано, косми по пода и в банята! Сапунерката покрита със стар засъхнал сапун и най-потресаващото- не беше сложена нова тоалетна хартия, а останалата от предишните гости! Мястото има потенциал, но е изключително занемарено.
