So amazing being directly on the lake - stunning views. Access to kayaks for free was really special. We went out at sunset and were the only ones out on the lake, it was stunning. Views from our bedroom Clean white sheets Hot shower, good pressure

There was a bad smell from the drains in the bathroom that filled the whole bedroom. We noticed the same smell in other places in bacalar though so it may not be unique to this place. It was generally spotless otherwise We thought there was kitchen access - however you can't use the fridge or stove. We had some confusion over the fridge - some staff let us put things in one but then others said we couldn't. You need to rely on transport to get into town. Taxis are cheap though and it's nice to be secluded Could do with a lamp

Amazing location on the lagoon! Waking up to direct uninterrupted views of the lagoon is very special indeed! We stayed in the “Balesta” apartment on the top floor which is very spacious and benefits from a large balcony (with direct views of the lagoon) and private kitchen. The location is what you are paying for here - the accommodation/ facilities are outdated and would benefit from modernisation. It’s out of the main town but taxis are readily available and reception can help order/ book them (c. 70 MXN pesos to the centre, 5-10 min drive). The staff are very friendly, Veronica was especially helpful helping us to arrange taxis and tours - thank you!

Dated accommodation/ facilities. Reasonably clean but could be better especially the kitchen area and utensils. The bathroom/ kitchen drains do smell however we managed to find a solution by covering them. The property is dated and requires maintenance and investment but the views are incredible and worth it for value for money. WiFi also non-existent so best get an e-sim for a longer stay.

The cleaning staff took money from my Wallet twice They don t take everything, for ex: if you have 80 usd in your Walter they only take 20 usd so they leave you with doubt ...."is it me who spend those 20?" And they do not do it when they clean but when you are out on tour or simply on the lagoon. There are other places as nice as this one, but if I have to go in a magico place and be worry for my things....well it s not worth

Personas muy amables, y la hubicacion también está súper bien

El wifi no sirve , la limpieza le falta mucho para mejorar

La ubicación es lo máximo, puedes quedarte en el muelle sin hacer nada y dando de comer a los peces que pasan por ahí, hacer kayac es imperativo y la vista maravillosa.

La comodidad de las camas y principalmente las almohadas.

Przestrzeganie czasu udostępnienie pokoju dokładnie o 15tej. Hotel nie był w pełni zajęty. Moim zdaniem w 50% ale nam.oraz innym osobom.odmowiono zajęcia pokoju o godzinie 13tej. Hałas w pokoju od sąsiedniego pokoju.
