We loved the little kitchen, the location so close to the train station and tourist information, and the view from our window. Whenever we contacted the host we were answered right away. The skylights in the kitchen were especially nice for light and air flow, even on a rainy day. We liked the bus pass for visitors which was good for a wide area.

I was expecting a bedroom plus a sofa bed- I should have studied the booking site better. The sofa bed was actually very comfortable with a lovely view of a mountain out the window. More importantly, the booking site clearly says, "each unit comes with... a washing machine...". We arrived to find out that a shared washing machine was in the basement and required coins to operate. In addition, there was no apparent way to open the wash machine door. Luckily, another renter showed me a lever in an odd location on the unit, used to open the machine door. She said she only knew how because her mother had such a wash machine. Sharing one machine in the basement meant many trips up and down two flights of stairs with my laundry, since I did not wish to leave my laundry unattended, and the machine was being used already. There was a dryer in the basement, which I had not expected, but it did not dry the clothes very well and took a long time. Once again requiring many trips more to the basement. One detail- there was ONE roll of toilet paper provide for two people for a week's stay! Also, we were instructed to sort our trash into bins at the curb, but it was unclear which to use for what, and no extra bags for trash were provided. Also, when we went to pay the balance of our bill, we had a WIFI charge added unexpectedly.
