PRIME VILLAGE Cozumel

The fast we can booking, the ferry left us and if was no choice to staid so when I look on line the price was reasonable and the property was close

The location is close to down town but not so close that you are caught in the tourist bustle of the cruise ships. The rooms are super big and the grounds are VERY WELL taken care of. The pictures do not do the serenity of the location any justice. There is an attendant on premise to assist with keys. There is no reception desk. It is a hidden oasis. I would love to come with friends and rent the entire place for 4 to 5 days. Amazing.

No one met us at the gate/entrance. We happened upon someone who knew the place.

The location, room size, kitten facilities, swimming pool and staff.

None.

Everything especially the staff, one of the maintenance workers who is usually there all day, everyday was super friendly and helpful. He was beyond nice and he for sure was the reason our stay was a 10/10. The facilities were well maintained and the apartment was very roomy and comfortable. Thank you so much for everything will definitely be back!

The apartment was 2 bedrooms, and the bedrooms had plenty of space. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. There are two washers for the staff, they were nice enough to let us use, a tip of anyone is well appreciated because the washers are only 2. The kitchen and living room were very spacious, and the whole apartment was very clean. For being close to the beach, an immaculately clean apartment was a surprise. The local area is within walking distance to so many different and delicious restaurants. We were also very close to the piers and to the beach. Centrally located apartment. They offered a good brand of shampoo and plenty of towels.

There were some young adults from Saudi Arabia who were very annoying, (you can see them on the photos on corner apartment) staring at us many times, smoking right next to the pool all the time while I was with the kids. The same young adults also turned off the waterfall when a staff member turned it on for my children, I had harsh words for them. I did tell staff, but the staff was a very nice older gentleman. He spoke to these Arabian young adults, but they kept being annoying throughout our stay. They had been there a whole year, so I guess the hotel let's them do whatever they want. Just a warning for anyone trying to stay here, I think those Saudi young adults will be there a while. It's only place in yucatan Peninsula Mexico where the apartment does not offer you a 5 gallon jug of water. I have visited many apartments and hotels, and all offered water.

The apartment was great, it has 2 bedrooms both with very comfortable King sized beds. Each bedroom has a TV and a mini-split AC unit, Each room has access to it;s own bathroom with shower. The showers had great water pressure and hot water. The living room had a table for 4 and a futon. There is a TV in this room as well also another mini-split. The kitchen has a 2burner stove, a toaster oven, blender, coffee maker. a sandwich maker and a (hand mixer?) Pots and pans in good condition for cooking breakfast and small meals. Basic utensils, glasses, cups and plates for 4 people. One sharpish knife and a small cutting board. Refrigerator has a water reservoir inside that you fill with purified water and it uses that water to make ice and has a thru door water dispenser. The kitchen when you get there is bare no salt or pepper or any other kitchen condiments. They do provide dish-soap and a dishcloth and scrubber sponge. The grounds are beautiful lots of plants, and a great gazebo by the pool. Then pool was clean and very refreshing. The host was always available and helpful. He even let us park our rental in the small parking area behind the restaurant. The apartments are located behind the Camello restaurant so not a lot of traffic noise. The entrance to the area is gated and we felt very safe there.

This unit had no can opener, cork screw or lime squeezer, no type of mixing bowl or salad bowl. there is no microwave.

We used the convenience of the small kitchen

I wish it were located on the water... but that is why the price is so reasonable.
