Lulu is incredible! Professional, attentive to your needs, she meets you at the gate and is super helpful. SO clean, comfortable, cupboards and hangers, appliances - kettle, fridge, microwave, tea, coffee, creamer, cutlery, extra blankets, clean towels, soap, toilet paper, smart TV with Netflix and YouTube, plus multiple Wi-Fi signals - EVERYTHING in my opinion. WOW! And the water is always piping hot. Just what you need after a long trip. Great spot close to OR Tambo for layovers. Excellent value for money. They also have an airport shuttle. Also has a mall right there with Checkers, Clicks, PEP, Ackermans, and a laundromat. You don’t need to go anywhere else. And the price is unbeatable! Thank you very much!

Lulu is such a fun, bubbly, and welcoming host! She truly knows how to deliver exceptional customer service—she was incredibly helpful, patient, and handled all of my requests promptly. The rooms were spotless, had fresh linen and clean cozy blankets. I honestly felt right at home during my stay."

I loved Sis Lulama who was our host. She is such a caring and lovely person who was always there for me and my patner everytime we needed her. She goes an extra mile to ensure that guest are comfortable.

It was just too cold, a heater would've been appreciated but I loved tbe fact that they had a lot of blankets.
