"Malgré les qualités de l'appartement, je ne peut pas la recommander à qui conque."

- L'appartement spacieux, - L'emplacement est excellent. On peut faire toute les visites à pieds si on aime marcher, - Proche de commerces et de restaurants. - La propriétaire est sympathique et assez réactive. - Le style de l'appartement nous a plu.

- La propreté (ça sent la moisissure). Si non les draps et les serviettes sont propres. - Présence de 6 bennes de déchet en face de l'entrée de l'appartement, à 5-6 metre de l'entrée (très désagréable). - Un très gros trou au plafond qui fait peur (je ne sait pas pourquoi ça n'a pas été fermé? peut-être des travaux non achevés ?). J'ai bricolé pour le fermer avec une planche (on peut imaginer l'effort et l'état psychique alors qu'on vient d'arriver à Lisbonne).

"Apartament brut i amb molta humitat No recomano"

L'apartament feia molta olor a humitat La neteja horrible. No vam ni utilitzar la cuina perque tot el que hi havia estava brut La porta no tancava be i entrava fred I el personal? Quin personal? Fins al mateix dia de l'arribada no es van posar en contacte amb nosaltres per saber on haviem de recollir claus, hora d'entrada... No ho recomanaria
