They clean, comfortable room and very pleasant staff.

The breakfast was not well maintained. They kept running out of things that they didn't restore.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and comfortable bed.

Over 30 mins to talk into the centre of Cusco.

Piscina non curata, gli spazi comuni generalmente non spiccavano per pulizia, colazione scarsa con poca attenzione da parte dello staff, spesso i tavoli in sala non erano riforniti di posate, tovaglioli ecc.

My fiance just got back from hosp and everyone was very nice and making sure hes okay when he got discharged. we even have to request specific food for him, and they granted our requests.

The property was very clean and spacious.The staff was very kind and communicative. They made us breakfast to go since we had to leave early for our flight and when our flight was cancelled they let us leave our bags there until our flight out that evening.

Unfortunately the water wasn’t able to be turned on in our room when we first arrived around 8 pm. We went out for dinner and it was working when we came back but it only worked for twenty minutes and then turned off again. Unfortunately I was not able to shower during this time and by the time they said it would be back in I had to be asleep for an early flight in the morning. The staff was incredibly kind and were very much on it but it did make for some inconvenience.
