Old Town Heart II - New Town Square - Just Renovated!

Location is great, breakfast is delicious.

Very cold inside, family of 5 needed to sleep in wool sweaters, because it was very cold in the rooms. We have even changed our plans for holiday and left from appartments 1 day before, because children started coughing after a cold night. Dusty inside, if you have allergy, definetely avoid these apartments. Appartments are not fresh as on the photos, I would say it's been in need of repair for a while now.

My recent stay at Old Town Heart 2 by the New Town Market Square was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment I arrived, I was thoroughly impressed by the attention to detail and the level of comfort provided. The breakfast service was one of the highlights of my stay. Every morning, a delicious and varied breakfast was delivered right to my apartment. It was not only convenient but also exceptionally tasty, providing the perfect start to my day. The apartment was spotless. The level of cleanliness maintained was truly impressive, making me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout my stay. The bed was comfortable, offering a perfect night's sleep after long days of exploring Warsaw. The bedding was fresh and high quality, adding to the overall comfort. The owners were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They were always available to answer any questions and provide recommendations, making my stay even more enjoyable. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference. The location of the apartment is simply beautiful, situated in the most charming part of Warsaw. Being in the heart of the New Town Market Square allowed easy access to many historical sites, restaurants, and shops. The picturesque surroundings added to the magic of my stay. Overall, my experience with Old Town Heart was extraordinary. The combination of great service, comfort, and beautiful surroundings makes Old Town Heart 2 a top choice for anyone visiting Warsaw. I cannot recommend it highly enough!

Good location, fast internet, friendly owners.

Very dirty. Kitchen tabletops were super sticky. Owen was broken. Sofa bad was impossible to sleep on, very uneven. Breakfast was delivered at 5:30 AM in the morning! And it was all cold. Also taste was bad, children did not eat it.

The apparenment is close to the Old Town area.

The apartment is very hard to get into, actually, it was a quest to get there - you first get one code and later another. Moreover, when I was staying there the battery in the door lock drained, so I couldn't get into the apartment for an hour. I chose that apartment because I read feedback that is was a "quiet place." It's not true at all - huge groups of tourists outside won't let you sleep, moreover in the next door apartment was a noisy dog, barking all day and in night, so make sure you have ear plugs. The sofa in the living room is old and dirty (read previous feedback, some guests complained about that ) and it was dirty. Basically, I had to clean the sofa. Very negative experience of staying there, maybe I was just unlucky but for that price, you can find a much better place in that location.
