Century City Boutique Apartments

There was an overflow of sewer in the parking lot and we weren't afforded alternate parking space. Was terrible.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from Canal Walk Mall, and we felt very secure throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the cleanliness; the bedsheets and towels were crisp white, and the daily cleaning service was excellent. The cleaning staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful in explaining how things worked. The host kindly provided a starter kit of tea, coffee, and sugar for the first few days, though guests should plan to purchase their own supplies for longer stays. Overall, everything was in good order and we had a very pleasant experience.

The weather was extremely windy, which caused the balcony chairs to blow against the glass doors and windows. Fortunately, nothing broke, and once we reported it, the host was very responsive and sent someone to secure the chairs to the grill to prevent further issues.

Excellent instructions and friendliness with the host to hand the keys and explain everything

The location and the apartment was family friendly. And the location is great.

The WiFi was very poor.

The walking distance to canal walk mall.

The rudeness of the owner or somebody who called himself an owner. The host told securities she does not know me and had already booked someone and later remembered me and kept me waiting for long time before she could check me in.

I liked nothing about the accommodation because it was not what I booked and paid for. I was supposedly upgraded but it was more a downgrade
