Century City Boutique Apartments

The location was awesome

The wifi kept on cutting. Could not work or stream anything.

As a family of three, we really enjoyed our 4 week stay at the Boutique Apartments. Could not ask for anything more, the facilities, the views and the location to the shopping mall made our holiday even more enjoyable and we will certainly be looking at rebooking at these apartments👌❤️🙏

Firstly, the host( person who handed the key,)lacked empathy. All she was interested was to state that she sent me the location of my apartment and I should have found it easily. She failed to recognize was that I was in a foreign area driving a vehicle that I did not drive before as contributing factors of getting lost. Furthermore I am 67 years old. Secondly the apartment did not have air-conditioning. Her curt response " you should have checked before you booked" Again no empathy. Thirdly it was a nightmare to use the ID access system to exit and enter the property.

It is a 5-minute walk to the Canal Walk Mall.

There was no room service for the entire time we were there. Toilet rolls were finished, and nobody came to check if all was well with us. We had to clean ourselves and no fresh towels for 4 days.

The location of the apartment is a waking distance to century city mall. Very convenientz the cleaning staff are friendly as well as the security

Gerry the agent and the owner of the apartment are absolutely the rudest people I’ve ever come across. Gerry was good all this time until on the day of check out. She charged me upon arrival a refundable breakage charge which was never communicated upfront but I didn’t mind paying it. Upon my departure she sends me a Whatsaap 20mins after my check out saying I will be charged for late checkout. Bear in mind she never at any point from when we met mention this charge even if you’re a few mins late. I’ve slept at various hotels and air bnb and never have seen such strictness on check out. The night before I left the cleaners changed the sheets with one with blood stains. When I raised this with her she wanted to deny it but I took pictures she told me how she won’t scam me as she has money and doesn’t need my deposit the owner is vile and very rude. He didn’t want to listen to what I was trying to explain to him yet he asked me what happened. He’s very unprofessional and very rude no respect whatsoever . I had to run and keep having to deal with his rudeness every time I had to chase for my refund for the deposit.
