Totul a fost excelent. Camera frumos amenajată curata, aerisita, iar baia dotată cu tot ce este necesar. După un drum lung și obositor am avut parte de o noapte liniștită. Gazdele au fost foarte primitoare.

The property is well situated in Suceava. The rooms are well appointed and very clean. I have stayed at Vila Alice numerous times and in general have had a good experience with exception to two of the last 3 times. The staff has been improved with the addition of a fellow named Lucian . He is an excellent replacement for his predecessor and a complement to Agnes who is also very good.Lucian is exceptionally personable , intelligent and very helpful.

My issue with the property is they do not always show proper discretion to the kinds of guests they admit . During my recent 3 night stay there were several Ukrainian guests who were put in a room on the floor directly above mine. They would play music and watch television at high volume at all hours of the day in various states of intoxication . At certain times they would be on the veranda of their room loudly talking on speaker phone. I had to catch an early morning 0520hr flight and needed to sleep but was kept up by the nuisance these people created from 20:00 until nearly 23:00. I finally asked Lucian the reception manager to intercede and ask the poorly behaved guests to cease their disruptive behavior. Thanks to Lucian’s efficient efforts the noise stopped but I was unable to get back to sleep. Vila Alice owners need to look beyond revenue and consider some of the people they admit as guests and the qualitative impact they have on the the overall peace and enjoyment of other guests.
