Location.

1. Bed is not comfy. Mattress is very hard. I was not able to sleep properly. 2. No basic toiletries (no tissue, no toothpaste/toothbrush, no soap/shampoo). 3. Washroom/comfort room has a broken lock. You cannot lock from the inside. 4. Aircon was just right (not too hot, not too cold). It was an old unit ‘though. It was noisy. 5. There were used disposable slippers in the room. And was informed they don’t give out disposable slippers. 6. TV was working just fine. 7. There was a working water heater but weak pressure. 8. It was a spacious room but it’s not what you see in the photos. Bare room. No curtains. No windows. 9. No complimentary water bottles, so not the same as in photos. 10. Old rundown place. Needs a total fixer-upper. 11. Wires were dangling. 12. WiFi connection is strong to be fair. But no network signal from local telecoms (but could be our room location). 13. No security. Door is open 24/7. You really get what you pay for, so don’t expect really for a budget-meal room. There are better places in the area that you can at least get the basics.

Old, run down facility. Bedding and towels really worn out. Aircon units ancient and barely functioning. Shower needs improvement. Water pressure poor. Meanwhile the bed size is good Floor space is wide.
