Cookies Cottage

A short break, overall a good time had by all. However while the overall condition of the cottage was good it could have done with a real deep clean. Bedding was obviously used and the mattress was uncomfortable as you could feel the springs through it. Furniture inside also left a lot to be desired from a comfort point of view. No Wi-Fi. TV basic and small. Rooms small. But on the positive this is really well located to local amenities, fully enclosed large back garden was great for the dog. Pet friendly. If u want to have a unique farmhouse experience as to how life was them this is the place. While disappointed, still an enjoyable break.

We are a family of six, four children and myself and husband. This Cottage exceeded our expectations. It was absolutely beautiful and I fell in love with how traditional it is. My children had plenty of fun out back in the huge garden. Most evenings we had a fire blazing in the living room. While we played board games and playing cards. This Cottage is close to groceries store and Bundoran is 20 minute drive. Plus there is beautiful beaches to spend a day at. The owners are fantastic and very welcoming. Overall it was the perfect choice for us. We hope to be back in the future 🙏
