- short distance to nearby bus stop and train station - Near to lawson and 7 eleven - Near to few shopping spots - Easy check in and check out - Easy keyless door - The host was responsive to any enquiries - Complete kitchen utensils provided

- You need to alert the host your check in exact time because there is no staff and you need to do video call to check in using the tab provided in the counter - No extra trash plastic bags provided for our 8 night stays and no extra towels - Homestays in osaka and tokyo usually allow you to take extra toiletries and anything you need in the lobby, maybe the host could improve on this

Conveninet location. Many restaurants nearby, easy to access to public transporation. Room size is big.

The window/balcony is facing the inner office window of the building right next to it. No privacy to the hotel room, required to keep the blind down the whole time.
