It's a beautiful modern room, a reasonable space for a family of 4, the location is good and the wifi is strong. Cooking facilities are available, but parking is not.

This is not a hotel! It's much more like Airbnb, i.e, zero service. Annoying and so long self-check-in process (which is even limited until 10pm, wow!), no reception, no luggage storage, no cleaning service or towel changing. Too early check-out (10am), It was also the most expensive place, by far, in our Japan tour. Admittedl,y Fukuoka is expensive for accommodation.

Had all the amenities, fridge, a kitchen, cutlery, washing machine (with laundry powder), shampoo, conditioner & bath soap. it was a comfortable stay. Overall good for friends/bigger groups.

it was a little weird having the powder room sink being on the other end of the room near the windows while the kitchen, toilet, laundry+shower room was at the other end. its not completely a self checkin since you will have to call the staff then they will verify you through a video call on the ipad. Sadly no parking, there's a paid parking service right outside the hotel though.

距離渡邊通地鐵站非常非常近（2號出口） 走路可到天神商圈，地鐵3站就到博多站，位置絕佳

The location is central Tenjin

The carpet and walls had stains everywhere. The unit did not smell fresh when we walked in. We had to go out and buy some air fresheners and turn on the fans. The hotel is near a hospital/ medical building. You can hear sirens quite a lot. The office building is in close proximity of the unit, you can hear the door slam everytime someone exits.
