I guess house is nicely situated so you have access to three major ski areas of Kitzbuhel. At First it being away from the town center I was apprehensive but found this to be so much easier with time management and less stressful than actually staying in the town of Kitzbuhel. It is run by three generations of a family. the dining within the guest house is first class, and has some of the best food you’re going to find in the area. people come from all around every night the dining room is full with return visitors. Great views, free parking and if you don’t want to drive or don’t have the ability to drive- skiers there is (SkiKitz free bus) a bus which stops exactly in front of the guesthouse with hourly stop starting at Approx believe 8:30am.
