- Water dispensers available on each floor to refill drink bottles was a real plus - Comfortable bed and overall clean room - Very aesthetic building and nice roof top views.

- Would have been good to know about the Rp.200.000 deposit prior (and when it gets refunded a week later they use some of your deposit for the transaction fees if not with the same bank). - The bathroom was tiny with a door that scraped along the floor - not very accessible for those with mobility issues. The bathroom also could have been cleaner. - There was noise from the rooftop bar until about 10pm (talking and music) - If I were to stay again I would not include breakfast in the room price, as it would have worked out cheaper to order this separately.

- Booking.com contacted at arrival and resolved with calling Hotel, but the next day..: - Guest was not given Breakfast and his Passport was kept at checkout first (!), because they unable to receive Payment - Guest went hungry and in a stress to catch his flight - there is no free Airport Shuttle as advertised (!) - Can't accept any form of online payment apparently - The management did not satisfactory solve the situation and demanded the full price without breakfast - after long problem gave payment address with typo and did not react in time to correct - gave impression only after money, no comfortable service to the African Guest

Great staff, very green hotel, rooftop terrace, tasty breakfast

overall ambience and comfort are exceptional

it’s better to improve the aminities and upgrade to smart tv to enhance stay experience

The building itself is a beautiful piece of art. The rooftop cafe, inside dining, the staff. I’m very happy and impressed . Also, food was top notch

The staffs are polite and very helpful. Like the rooftop but the music after dark on the rooftop bar is quiet noisy, I suggest the voice is tuned down or put some sound barrier of some sort for karaoke.
