We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment in Cosenza, Italy. The location was perfect—central and convenient for exploring the city. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed to feel at home,a functional kitchen that allowed us to prepare some of our own meals in case we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even recommending some excellent restaurants where we could try authentic Calabrian cuisine. Their local insights truly enhanced our experience. Overall, our time in Cosenza was memorable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to others—whether you're a couple looking for a romantic getaway or travelers wanting a comfortable and convenient base to explore the region.

Location, close ro regional busses

We arrived after dark. We were expected. The building was pitch black. Not a single light on. No way to access the building. And no way we could buzz the owner as the names were not listed on the apartment. We finally asked a total stranger to call so we could be let in. Worst welcome ever.

This was a fabulous apartment centrally located with a parking garage up the road for 20 euro. The host was kind and very responsive. Check in was simple and he even brought us more coffee when we ran out, in less than five minutes. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was one of the best I have ever had. We would definitely stay again and recommend!

Clean, spacious apartment. Fully equipped kitchen. Friendly host who welcomed us in person.

It can be difficult to find a parking spot in the neighborhood. Too many unnecessary decorative items in the rooms (plastic decorations). We didn’t enjoy the shower due to inconsistent water pressure, temperature, and ease of use. Instead of offering a low-quality breakfast, it would be better not to include one at all. Let me know if this works for you!
