Excellent location close to bars and several supermarkets. Tommys supermarket a 20sec walk. Promenade is across a busy main road, but more bars and cafes are about a 10min stroll along coast line. Easy to navigate area. Parking at the apartment was easy to use and secure. We never used the buses but there were plenty and seemed reliable. Bolt Taxi app was excellent to use and reliable. Avoid the local taxis you flag down as these are metered and prices are far higher than using Bolt or Uber. Apartment very well equipped and the host had thought about everything…. even providing coffee for the machine and laundry detergent for the washing machine. Host also provided pool towels which was welcome. Apartment had a very homely feel. TV provided was a smart Tv so you could also easily access any Film apps you register to. Air con in every room was perfect and it was not noisy to sleep with. I am a terrible light sleeper. We had the ground floor apartment (blue sofa in pictures) which was ideal for pool access. Pool wasn’t large but was enough to cool down in the summer sun. It faces the sun most of the day. If the apartment building is full, it could be difficult to get a lounger, but we used our balcony as the proximity to pool was perfect. Everyone was very respectful around the pool area. Price points - Taxi into split was EU 9 peak time and about 20min ; 0.5L beer between 4-6EU; soft drinks EU 4 for 250mL; cocktails ranged 7-15 EU ; meal for 4 (4 people and a drink) came in usually EU 60-100 (not including tip); ice cream cone at beach EU2.

Everything was ideal but it’s worth noting for travellers that the amazing central location means it’s a busy location. If you don’t like traffic noise during the day you may struggle. Unfortunately for us the traffic lights were out during our stay (it’s a 4lane road although the apartment is a road behind this and no one turns into it as it’s a dead end). So important though is that you could hear NO noise whilst inside and sleeping. I was so comfortable.

Beautiful, spacious, clean and very comfortable apartment. Perfect for a family of 4. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was nice and cool with great windows/shutters and also air-conditioning in all rooms. There was lots of storage, a well equipped kitchen and a laundry room in the building. The pool area was immaculate and a great bonus! The hosts were very nice and communication was excellent. They were extremely helpful to us - thank you 😊

We loved the spacious apartment, which was really modern and clean. We also loved the swimming pool.

The apartment was very modern and roomy. It was extremely well equipped, and the washing room has a washing machine and a ironing board. Change of towels in the middle of the week. The swimming pool is a big plus, with the nice sunbathing chairs. Private secured parking. Nice barbecue. Super welcoming hosts. Located 100 meters of a supermarket and bakery. Fir the beach you just cross the by moments busy road. The village Podstrana is near by the old town of Split (6km), Omis village which is the outdoor activities place to be (30 mins), Krka natur park (1 hour drive). Really a top appartement.

Everything was amazing. Honestly I do not know what to say. We were very happy there. Apartments are modern, clean and practical. Very near to the market, cafe,bakery and of course beach. The pool is amazing to have and BBQ are also. Parking right by the apartments.Owners are so nice and helpful. I recommend it to everyone who wants to really enjoy the holidays 😊🙏
