"A fantastic time in an old Hacienda."

The people are very friendly and welcoming. This Hacienda is in perfect shape, very well maintained and the breakfast was delicious. It was too cold to be swimming but the pool was ready for it and the town square is beautiful. It feels like a trip back in time.

Nothing to complain about. Just go here. You will love it.

It was superb, Hotel was amazing just a beautiful as the pictures. Staff is very friendly, breakfast delicious and most of all the room was beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel.

"The Good, The Bad & The Ugly"

The GOOD: The Hotel is nice for relaxing very clean THE BAD: there's no clean/room service, swing pool is dirty cannot be used lots of dirt, leafs etc.... We ask for a near swimming park etc, we were recommended los volcanes god dame idk how to describe it, but i wanted to cut my veins off.... THE UGLY: town is very quiet at night the plaza lighting is from the 50's imagine, is seriously depressing, no life like a ghost town.... Really nothing to see or do there....
