The staff, breakfast, and the inside appearance of the hotel

They didnt had sauna and gym in the hotel but outside in a next builidng, but its not a tragic or a serious problem

Hotel na odlicnoj lokaciji, prostrana soba s genijalnim pogledom ga centar. U sklopu odlican restoran Zak. Uglavnom moj drugi dolazak u Pupin ali definitivno ne i zadnji.

"The best top quality boutique hotel in the heart of Novi Sad"

This is my third stay at this great hotel. Best location in the heart of the Novi Sad city center, just across from the legendary "tram" cafana, short walk from the old town and Danube promenade. Rooms are stylish and top class equipped, great quality bed, linen, towels and toiletries. Breakfast is amazing. Reception staff goes above and beyond in fulfilling guests wishes, service is quick, efficient and polite. Superior experience, highly recommend!

Perfect location next to everything. Modern and clean room, staff super helpful. Private parking is a big plus if You dont want to use public parking. Will come again!
