Really lovely apartment, great location and easy check in. We were even allowed to check out later which I really appreciated.

Shower didn't drain properly

Nice place in very center of the city. Nearby all main attractions. Room was clean. Easy auto check in. Room was spacious and with nice view from balcony. Nice set of toilettery.

Very "cold" communication with the host only minimum info via WhatsApp. The shower holder was broken and since there was no shower door when using a shower all the water goes around the bathroom especially on the bathroom door that was visibly ruined by water. Cheap quality bedsheet if you talk about a "luxurious" place.

Spacious, well decorated room. Really clean and had everything we needed. Convenient central location.

The balcony overlooked a carpark, it wasn’t an issue but if you’re expecting nice views then this isn’t the balcony for you.

- Reading the reviews, we were disappointed experiencing unprofessional communication with the hostess 1. before arrival we were asked what time we would leave (but not in a friendly-manner), as the host had a wedding our day of departure. 2. our request to check-out one hour later, at 11 AM, was therefore not granted, and a reply followed the cleaner is there at 10 AM. 3. the cleaner knocked on our door before the check-out time of 10 AM. 4. two minutes later we received a message from the host as the cleaner informed her we were ^still^ in the room. We did not have the feeling we were welcome, it would have made a massive difference if the tone of the communication would have been slightly friendlier, or simply just professional. Reading through the reviews, we recognise some guests that have the same experience as us, but mostly everyone is positive. Let's hope, this might have been a one-time thing. Below feedback to better the overall experience for next guests - the advertisement makes it look as if it is an appartment with a view. Upon arrival, it turned out it is a shared area with different rooms. We did not have a great view, but we did have great noise - the toilet seat needs replacement, this looks overdue long time. - no complete set of toileteries, we had a shower gel and products other visitors have left. Preferably guests would see a new vanity set, completed with shampoo. - information on the AC would be welcome, the room temperature was hot upon arrival. - even though it is warm, just the cover for bedding is not comfortable. Preferable, there should be (summer) bedding for comfort.
