JP小樽の観光地が徒歩で近い場所にあったので、とても良かった。坂があるため、杖をつく方などは少し大変かも知れません。
やっぱり、冷房はあったほうがいいと思いました。大荷物をもって、南小樽駅から家に着くまでの坂で汗だくで、 部屋には扇風機のみ。シャワー後のドライヤーも中々な暑さでした。帰りはタクシーで南小樽駅に向かいました。 動きのない時間帯は扇風機でも我慢できるくらいの暑さでした。

Parking situation was hit and miss which wasn’t explained in the booking information. There were only 2 parks across the road which were first come first serve and had not been cleared of a mountain of snow. We cleared the snow in the dark and snowstorm at night but we’re never sure we’d get that park back the following days. Other option explained on door notice was to use paid parks on adjacent s streets. Property was completely unmanned which was probably why it was cheaper than others . It wasn’t a problem but lacked the personnel friendly feel of other guesthouses. It took awhile to work out how to use the door code to get in at night the first time as it wasn’t explained in the information email. Worked it out in the end that we needed to press the digits that light up after putting in the given number
