Limpieza y falta de algo de equipamiento de menaje

We stayed in apartment 4 (top floor) for 3 nights and had an excellent experience. Apartment is light and bright with lovely views to the mountains. Kitchen was well-equipped and had everything that we needed. Quiet location, despite being near the university, and it is only a 15-min walk into the centre. If travelling from the airport, the apartment is only a 5-10 minute walk from the Bybanen/Light Rail stop called Nygard, which was super-convenient. Several supermarkets nearby and there are restaurants on Vaskerelven, so you are not obliged to walk to Bryggen to eat out and pay the higher prices over there. The hosts were very helpful and responded quickly to all messages through the site. The underfloor heating was very effective and kept us warm and toasty on wet and snowy days. The use of the luggage room after we checked out was a great bonus and was hugely appreciated so that we could enjoy our last day even more. All in all, it was a great apartment for our stay and met our needs perfectly.

It is worth highlighting the steep staircases (2 flights to top floor), just so that you are prepared for this if you bring heavy luggage or have any mobility issues. Also be ready for very steep and uneven stairs to access the basement luggage store. We travelled light, so it was not a problem for us. Some reviewers have been unhappy about having to make up their beds on arrival. We found this a quick and easy process: all towels and linens were clean and ironed, and we did not mind doing this.
