RIVER SUITES HIROSHIMA

the beds were comfortable, room layout was great for our group, and everything was super clean. free coffee and tea as well, which was nice. they were also mostly able to accommodate a last-minute addition. management were really communicative and quite nice via email whenever something came up.

we informed the staff last-minute about an addition to the reservation, and despite the listing for the booking (the same room) being able to accommodate up to six people there was only bedding provided for five, and so one of our party spent an uncomfortable night without blankets and such. i do understand that we only notified them day-of, but i assumed there would at least be information about where to find the bedding as we had to pay an additional 8,000 yen :(... additionally, communication regarding registration of passports was a bit lacking, as the check-in guide we were sent directed us to filling out registration forms and scanning our passports even though we'd already sent them along via email, and we spent an hour or two panicking about how to accomplish this.

Wonderful stay! Check in was a breeze. The hotel stay was massive! We had plenty of room to spread out. The facilities were clean and the 7/11 nearby saved us on splurging on food. We were near the bus routes that led us to Hiroshima Station and the Atomic Museum. I highly recommend!

La propreté et l'agencement de l'appartement.

Aucune présence humaine à l'accueil dans l'hôtel. L'ascenseur mal configuré qui se referme toutes les 2 secondes ce qui fut très gênant pour monter les valises à l'étage et quand nous rentrions à plusieurs.

Host was fantastic. Very nice, clean and spacious. Great for a family of five! KIds are young adults, very comfortable.

Huge room, great spot near the tram station and convenience stores

とても清潔でした。有料駐車場やコンビニがすぐそばにあるのが便利でした。

There was a lot of space - a luxury in Japan! And it was walking distance from the Peace Park. The location of a 7-11 across the road was a bonus!

The only very minor thing was the size of the clothes drying rack! It barely fit 5 items on it!
