Spacious apartment, close to the memorial park, 7-eleven on the opposite side of the street, tram stop just behind the corner; kitchen corner tiny, but equipped with everything needed; washing machine helped

Everything! We stay for a week, 2 adults & 2 kids. Kitchen: Kitchen is functional tho small but it has all the Kitchen equipment you need. Plates, pots, strainer, etc. Only the sink pipe starting to choke by Day 5. Easy to use induction cooker, oven. Room: Its open concept. A partition would be good but since we are one family, it's ok. Overall, apartment is spacious. The 4 separate beds are comfortable with clean sheets! We all had good sleep throughout the stay! Facilities: Two TV. One TV is with local channel, another TV have Netflix, you just need to sing in with your account and don't forget to sign out! TV instructions are in Japanese but you can use your phone to hover and translate it. Toilet are equipped with heater, shower head and bathtub. Very clean! No need to wait long to switch between hot & cold water. Location: Just outside apartment, there is 7-11. Very convenient. Street car & the JR/metro trains is also nearby. Hiroshima dome is also nearby. Service: Host is very helpful even before we check-in, throughout the stay as well as checkout. Very prompt reply when we enquire something. After check out, I left my watch & travel adapter. Host were patiently communicating with me and assisted me to mail out the item to Tokyo, my next stay. Very thankful and appreciative of the service. Now we are back at Singapore, we do talk among ourselves that we miss our 2nd home, River Suite!

The collection of rubbish can be better. It said they will collect at 10am. It was not collected on the 3rd day, 5th, 6th and our last day.

Fairly close to the Peace Memorial Museum and park. Comfortable mattresses.

Not particularly clean. Flimsy blinds that let in the early morning light and a hugely irritating bright emergency exit sign above the door.

It was quite nosiy outside but it was great overall.

The room is extremely big and comfortable. The equipments are very clean. There are some necessities such as tooth brush, shaver and even coffee! The check in process is a little lengthy because of all the visitors passport photos and information needed.

Noisy road, had difficulty entering with code initially and had to call property manager for assistance.

Huge apartment, so much room. The beds were comfortable. Using keypads instead of keys was handy. It was one of the best places we stayed at for our trip.

Road noise was a bit much at times. The blinds in the bed area were thin, so they didn't block much of the streetlights out at night.
