She was very nice, the place was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. I would still recommend it to others, but I would have to give buyers beware to jeep for a guilty conscious.

She mentioned I couldn't leave after 10, I was completely understanding, I didn't have an issue with my curfew. But there was a resident it could have been the friend she mentioned is staying there showed at 0100 and was very loud in her night routine. It was a little annoying to have a rule for the but not for me kind of situation. There was some confusion on checking in, though I think that was mostly my fault. Not message beforehand or real. "This is how you access the room you paid for." The toilet didn't really fit the washlet. So it did make it a little uncomfortable to use the facility.

I hated everything about it

Run by Filipinos acting as Japanese. She entered bathroom while I showered, entered bedroom while I slept. Did not help with luggage because she doesn't "care about my luggage" as she said. Hassled me in the morning to leave at 10am despite late arrival, long trip and jetlag and noise in the house until after midnight. Location very inconvenient in a remote residential area where you need to pay 5000 yen for a taxi to reach. Or change train, buses and then walk with heavy luggage. What you pay in transport to get there should be invested in a better hotel. It's not even a hotel, it's just a private dump with trashy people where they make money by renting out rooms.
