The hosts are very welcoming, the bathroom is huge with very nice fixtures (large shower cabin, large mirror, nice faucets). The room is also good. The highlight was the "Tuscany farm" feeling: we got free breakfast from Booking.com, but I can recommend trying it out if you have it in your budget: it is a very good breakfast, with diverse and delicious meals, prepared to you in a picnic basket, and you can enjoy it in front of your room, on kind of patio in the morning sunlight. Amazing! The hosts also showed us around their farm, they let us look at, take pictures of, and pet their animals: they have a few horses, donkeys, peacocks (white ones too), goats, and lots of chickens. The view from where the animal graze is stunning, of the Tuscany countryside.

It was great, especially considering it was relatively cheap compared to the prices in the area! The extra amenities (breakfast, farm tour) were also great. It would be nice if the city/tourist tax was included in the booking.com price. If you don't come by car, I do not recommend it, as it is in a rural location. On the other hand, it was great by car: about 3-5 minutes on a dirt/pebble road to the nearby countryside road, then another 5 minutes to the local 2x2 dual carriageway leading to Siena. We were in Siena in about 20 minutes in total.

Appartamento ampio e ristrutturato di recente. Bel giardinetto sul fronte. Presente lavatrice, macchinetta caffè, stendino. Disponibilità di culla e seggiolone per bambini. Ottimo l'aperitivo veramente buono e abbondante al costo di 30 euro per 2 persone. Bello il giro in fattoria per vedere gli animali della struttura. Parchetto giochi per bambini in fase di completamento, con giochi per varie età. Zona tranquilla in un bosco.

Forse i termini di cancellazione potrebbero essere un po' più flessibili, ma immagino dipenda anche dai periodi dell'anno. Metterei a disposizione degli zampironi o candele alla citronella.
