Shepherds Hut with Hot Tub North Wales Anglesey

The views were amazing, could not wish for a more scenic view of snowdon. I also loved the dogs that roam around the property, and the fact you could just enjoy peace and quiet in the wood fired hot tub, and watch the sunset/rise.

I loved everything. Perfection doesn’t exist of course, but I couldn’t have asked for a more friendly hosts. The hospitality and friendliness made it the most memorable experience I’ve had the pleasure of enduring.

Loved just being there. The view was stunning, the hot tub and the peace and quiet were just what I needed. John was so helpful and so knowledgeable of the area. So many things to do and see. The shepherds hut had everything needed and was clean and tidy and the bed was so comfortable. The wine and eggs were a lovely extra and was well stocked with tea, coffee and sugar and a few condiments. Was a realy lovely stay, thank you!!

Nothing to dislike.

Although it's tucked away it was still easy to find as great instructions were given prior to check in. The location is good as it seems fairly central to quite a few interesting areas and tourist spots. The view is beautiful, and the hot tub was hot when we arrived with extra wood available. The hot tub area felt private despite being next to the main house. There were blankets and a torch for cosy evenings by the fire pit. The bed was big and there was loads of storage space underneath for suitcases etc. The hosts were so lovely and down to earth, and though we didn't need anything during our stay I would have felt very comfortable to ask and am sure nothing would have been too much trouble. Loved that there was an air fryer in the kitchen. Also a really cute welcome book with info on the hosts and local suggestions, which was a nice touch. The 3 dogs are absolutely wonderful and friendly, and we enjoyed throwing a ball for them on the top field!

The dogs did get through the gate a couple of times and into our hut without us knowing, as well as dropping the ball for us & running around when we were trying to relax. We shooed them away/tried to ignore them and they eventually got the message, but I felt bad! The hosts did notice at one point and call them away, apologising to us. It wasn't a big issue really, but if you're not a fan of dogs I'm not sure it'd be the place for you. The bed was really high, and as I'm 5'3" I had to do a weird jump and throw myself in when I wanted to get on, which wasn't ideal! The bathroom is tight, which is to be expected in such a compact space but it just may be an issue if you're a bigger person.

Beautiful hut with amazing scenery. There was everything that you could need for a few days away, with very welcoming hosts both human and canine. The hot tub was a real plus and the fresh eggs were delicious.

The whole experience was just so lovely from start to finish! John and Anne-Marie wre excellent hosts, and we loved seeing their dogs each morning, and seeing the chickens, sheep, and wild bunnies around. The hot tub was kept hot and had stunning views of Snowdonia! The little welcoming gifts of milk, fresh eggs from the hens, and a bottle of wine were much appreciated! The place was very cosy, spotless, and the bed was extremely comfy!

Amazing place ,everything was perfect as described, fire pit and hot tub were lovley. Their was so much wildlife too take in, well taken care of and lots of lovley flowers too look at.

A great location and a warm welcome from the hosts (including the dogs). Our first evening was spent in the hot tub, admiring the views and drinking wine. Excellently placed to explore Anglesey. A cosy little love shack.
