There were no tissue papers and cooking oil provided. But the overall location is very good and the beds are clean.

The accommodation was amazing and beautiful. Nicely located near the lake and shops.

Provide a stronger heater option if people don't want to use a fireplace.

Conveniently placed for the museum, restaurants, helicopter rides.

The buildings were temporary buildings - tin shacks which were a little cold.

The fireplace in this property is super powerful to make the whole house warm and cozy when it’s snowing outside. Rooms are spacious and suitable for big families.

The shower in one of the bathrooms only runs warm water for 5 minutes before reheating needed. It’s ok for me as the shower in the other bathroom works well and its hot water lasts way much longer but this may be bit tricky for larger groups when both showers are used.

Was pretty cold weather when we stayed and would have been great to have a small oil heater for all of the bedrooms We emptied the ash from the fireplace and this helped the fire to burn hotter after that. Having a heat pump in the living room would be good as we kept loading wood in the night to help the fire keep going and keep us warm. Note was very cold weather when we were there (cold morning frosts) but often occurs in Tekapo in the winter.

One of the best stay we had in NZ! Very spacious and homy feeling, great kitchen facilities, 2 huge bathrooms served good convenience for our group of 6. Definitely highly recommend and will come back!
