Prins Hendrik Suites

It was a beautiful property. Very well kept clean and comfortable. Prins Hendricks Suites felt like we were at home, we loved it.

The room with balcony and the garden view, the garden itself with the mango tree and the pool. Perfect combination for an Easter break. Dinesh was really helpful finding activities for me. The room is provided with drinks, coffee and tea, it is very comfortable and fully equipped.

All was super good. Just a slight recommendation to avoid a funny smell there was in the room at the beginning.

What a place! Lovely rooms in a classic, old wooden building close to everything you want to see in Paramaribo, with a beautiful garden area, and a plunge pool. Really big room, with super-comfy huge bed, fridge, cool furniture and....oh, happy day, a hammock to swing in with a beer or two. or three. The owners were cool as cucumber, it was so well equipped with glasses, utensils and a water fountain, and as a person without a car, it was really central so I could walk everywhere easy peasy. I really enjoyed staying here....I think you might too....

minor thing....but the toilet is outside the room down some steps. huge, fantastic shower and bath area as well, but a bit of a faff during the night.

Hosts go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The room was very cute and had all necessary amenities, the mattress slept well and the mangoes from the garden were a delicious treat. Would definitely recommend it, hidden pearl in the center of Paramaribo, close to restaurants and places of interest. Keep up the good work!!

Really enjoyed the place, well organized with everything to get you in holiday mood. close to the city center. Quiet and secure at night. Dinesh and Bart were really welcoming and helpful like other people I met in Paramaribo. Thanks you very much.

Bart and Dinesh are very kind and helpful, they make you feel at right at home. We had an excellent stay in Paramaribo. The location is nice and central & safe. The atmosphere is great, a nice green relaxing backyard with a pool, makes you feel you are not even in the city. Thanks for our stay!

A toaster in the room would be great and the pots/pans could do with an upgrade.

The hosts, Dinesh and Bart(I met only Dinesh, though), are exceptionally professional at their work. The building is over a hundred years old and gives an exotic colonial atmosphere. Even though it is old, I could feel how well it is maintained and cared thoroughly through my long travel experience. Every facility inside works perfectly, and I could not have the privilege to taste the breakfast(too many people in my family to pay for), but I assume it would have been wonderful, too, considering the expertise the host has. Location is so amazing that everything in Paramaribo is nearby.

The room of Prins Hendriks suite, where I stayed, only offers the shower due to its limited space of the bathroom. A bath would make the hotel 11 out of 10.
