Alper Apartments

This property needs renovating and refurbishing. Both the bed and the sofa bed in the room were uncomfortable. The management obviously does not pay much attention to standards; there was no kettle in the room, the toaster cable was burnt in two places so we did not dare use it; we could not boil water as neither the cooker nor the microwave worked properly. After we checked out I mentioned these and the receptionist told me that I should have had asked them. Actually, they should check each room to make sure nothing is missing and everything is safe to use. Also there should have been instructions about how to use the cooker and the microwave near them. The views were beautiful, especially the mountains to the back of the building.

Hotel room fine. Get what you pay for. Bathroom good but shower screen very poor and bathroom floor easily floods

Es algo lo que te venden ni es lo que es la recepción muy simpática pero los apartamentos son horribles la ducha es increíble y el agua es asquerosidad no se sabe de dónde viene no se lo aconsejo a nadie 🙏🙏🙏

My original room had an ant infestation; when I told them, they sprayed my room with insecticide, which left my room smelling like chemicals. I requested to change rooms, which they denied because there were no other available rooms. I asked to cancel my stay (four nights), and there was suddenly an available room form me to switch into. This room was significantly nicer than my former room and had a strong AC unit. I found it strange that there was such a huge difference in quality between the two rooms of the same price. For the rooms, the shower is very small and does not have any soap, but that's to be expected from a cheap hotel. The walls are extremely thin and allow you to hear everything (music from neighboring rooms, cars on the road, etc.). I highly recommend earbuds if you stay here. On a positive note, the staff were communicative and polite. There is one lady in particular who works the night shift who was incredibly understanding and enjoyable to talk to. I would not come back here nor would I recommend it because of the ant situation, uncomfortable showers, and loud noises.

Good Spot

Good location for supermarket. Traffic noise ffrom main road was intrusive.

En mi caso fuimos a pasar 3 noches a estos apartamentos porque nuestro hijo tenía un torneo de fútbol a escasos 15mnts andando del mismo. Las fechas en las que fuimos , nos hizo disfrutar de una zona tranquila y muy cerquita de todo . En cuanto al apartamento , está bien . No es un lujo , pues con el precio se deduce , pero es cierto que no se le puede pedir más . El único pero , por poner , sería la ducha . Muy pequeña y con la cortina muy encima que apenas permite el movimiento. Pero está bien .

Although housekeeping is generally available, it simply did not do its job. Not cleaning the room for a week may be acceptable, but not providing towels and toilet paper and emptying the dustbin made our stay quite unpleasant.

Location is good

Great budget hotel hotel approx 10 Mins walk down hill to the seafront. Rooms were cleaned every second day and the free room aircon worked great. All we needed and wouldn’t hesitate to return.
