The location was nice. My room was also nice, tho there wasn't a robe provided as stated in my reservation. The cleaning ladies and breakfast attendants were very nice and accommodating!!

The lady running the place has zero personality. She didn't acknowledge us in the mornings, just walk right past us as we were having breakfast..after breakfast she left the building. Noone was there to get any kind of service until the next morning. The bar was never open inside and the rooftop bar wasn't even in operation mode.. The pool was tiny, dirty and cold.. I sent my laundry and was told it would ready in 24 hours. It took 48 hours and some were still wet.

Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön. Die Lage am Meer ist auch schön. Man kann die Altstadt gut vom Hotel aus erkunden. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, besonders das frische Obst.

Das Pool ist sehr klein.

Super zentral, ganz toll eingerichtet, super Frühstück. Toller Rückzugsort im trubeligen Palermo. Alle waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Das Bad war relativ klein, die Klimaanlage defekt. Als wir sie darauf aufmerksam gemacht haben, wurde dann zumindest dafür gesorgt, dass der Wasserverlust der Klimaanlage eindämmt wurde.

Rent, rymligt.

Ingen personal, läget vid en stor väg, surrande ljud i rummet.

Beautiful property with stylish interior and excellent location.

It would have been good to have a full length mirror in the bedroom and would expect black out curtains and proper ironing board for the price paid. There was nowhere to put rubbish in the bedroom.

Lovely size rooms and staff fantastic

Road at the front of the property was very noisy with the road and cafes downstairs
