"Great customer service, beautiful room in a low key place to hang out."

Beautifully decorated and presented. Endless free water. Good air con. Nice view out over rice fields (but through power lines). Food downstairs was excellent. Free bikes. Owner Tom was immediately responsive, even at 5:30am!

High price, not as good value as some other places we’ve stayed. Busy road. A bit farther from attractions (but that can be a good thing). Stair well was unbelievably hot.

Location was great, views were nice, bikes were fun, cafe nice atmosphere - mushroom toast and coffee were good

Noise from tour buses and traffic, very sensitive to air quality in room, shower and toilet were not separated from room - just a partial glass divider.

Paddy Boutique House Hoian location was perfect. With free bike rent we were able to go everywhere. Central Hoi An was 5 minutes ride, major places in a 15 minutes rides. We loved it so much. The staff were amazing, super welcoming. We are definitely going back

The place is so thoughtful and gorgeous. It’s very clean and well-decorated, meticulous all around. It had the comfiest bed of my whole trip. The café below also has delicious coffee and food. I highly recommend staying there.
