"Bad experience, zero hospitality"

Not a good experience, they shown online that have early check in check out facility, but when I requested they denied. I am sitting since morning but they are not bother for a guest/ customer. Even they not offered a glass of water also. Worst experience.

This was my first time i stayed at this hotel, it was recommended by family member. I would recommend to all come stay here Value for money 10/10 Location 10/10 Staff 10/10 Cleanliness 8/10 20 mins away from the airport Thanks to all the staff for making my stay enjoyable, very helpful an courtious. Special thanks to Mohd Asif (night manager) for arranging my airport transfer. Will definitely visit again.
