La posizione, la prontezza a rispondere al telefono

il checkin fatto in quel modo è scomodissimo : bisogna prendere le chiavi in un indirizzo e poi la stanza è in tutto un altro posto della città, nell appartamento cerano 2 tapparelle bloccate e una porta finestra che non si chiudeva bene, l ingresso del condominio dell appartamento non era per niente pulito
