Rooms were spotlessly clean, staff were always smiling and attentive. Piña was excellent at sorting out queries. Breakfast staff were amazing at sorting out gluten free options for me and Pina even went that extra mile by texting me restaurants that would definitely provide gluten free food. Being able to use the facilities at their sister hotel, Hotel Mediterranean gave that extra touch of luxury that was gratefully appreciated. Overall a fantastic stay and a hotel that I would happily recommend and return to next time in Sorrento.

Das Hotel liegt zentral etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Tasso Platz (Tasso square ), dem Hauptplatz von Sorrent, und 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bus- Station und Bahnhof Sorrent entfernt. Jeden Tag gab es einen Reinigungsservice, und das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit sowohl Giovanni als auch die elegante und nette Dame an der Rezeption. Im Preis inbegriffen war ein Frühstück im wunderschönen Garten des Hotels. Es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt in Sorrent! 🌿☀️

Great find close to the Old Town. The room was very clean and comfortable, and gardens with a courtyard for breakfast. The staff were exceptional - friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived until we left.

Good quiet location yet not far from centre. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast.

The room is on 3 levels, so if you need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night it wasn’t great. Room didn’t have a window so if you want to aerate the room you needed to open the door. WiFi is not good at all.
