Good reception, comfy rooms and a Family Mart right on the other side of the street. Also really enjoyable onsen.

Not many public transports option to the center, but overall manageable.

Direct accessibility to highway and regional roads to get to Hakone, Gotemba, Fuji and Yugawara. Public bath. Family Mart and Lawson convenience stores as well as a foodcourt are within a short walking distance from hotel.

Excellent Location: Even though it's right beside the highway, the location was absolutely perfect for our itinerary. It was highly convenient for coming back from shopping at Gotemba Premium Outlets and heading to the Safari the next day (just a 10-15 minute drive). Adjacent Rooms: After our last hotel, we were very relieved that the two rooms we booked were right next to each other! Great Facilities & Amenities: The beds were big and very comfy, and they provided all the necessary toiletries. A huge bonus is the hotel's onsen, which was great for relaxing. Wonderful Service & Food: The reception staff was polite and welcoming from the start. We also really enjoyed the Japanese buffet breakfast, which had a very good and wide selection to choose from.

Tight Space for Luggage: As is typical for many Japanese hotels, the room size is quite compact. It felt a bit tight when trying to open and store our big luggage.

子供を抱きながらのチェックインだったのですが、入力作業を手伝っていただきとても助かりました。
