工作人员非常亲切，一直在用敬语，入住办理很快，走廊干净整洁，酒店整体都很新很漂亮，房间温度很好，床很大很舒服，早餐种类也很多，很好吃，可以一遍看富士山一边吃早餐

房间床上稍微有一点点异味

it had everything we needed and more, great room size and the staff was honestly amazing - helped us so much when we needed to send something and when we needed help traveling - i would come back just for the staff alone! there was a family mart right outside which was great but they also served dinner (and breakfast) for some price if you didn't buy it as part of your stay.

Das Hotel ist schön gestaltet und liegt in der Nähe des Fuji. Konbinis und Essensmöglichkeiten sind in der direkten Umgebung wenige Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend gross und sauber. Ausreichend Parkplätze sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
