Rosemary is a fantastic host and made us feel very welcome. Our plans fell through due to the weather, and she was happy to move our check in time and served us a cup of tea and mince pie on our arrival. She was most accommodating and served us breakfast before an early check out. I exchanged several messages before our stay and she provided useful information about buses and taxis. Would recommend!

Breakfast was tasty with a lot of choices, Rosemary is a lovely host and her house is very comfortable.

Best hostess ever ! Lovely place, sharpy clean, way better than a hotel. Bus stop at the door. Really enjoyed it :)

We were late arriving as our ferry was late,and then because we were tired and it was dark,we weren’t using our sat nav correctly,but Rosemary greeted us with a smile and very warm welcome.We had a good nights sleep and just chilled all day next day and Rosemary didn’t mind leaving us on our own when she went out.We had two lovely breakfasts and Iff we are in that area again wouldn’t hesitate to stay.

One of the kindest hosts I've ever stayed with. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a great place to stay just outside the city. If you're a walker, you can easier get to and from the city center.

Rosemary is such a warm person and helpful host. You won't regret your stay at her place. Everything was more than ok

Rosemary was very hospitable indeed! I relied on public transport and so it was a little more challenging, once I got used to where I was going I was fine, Rosemary always looked things up for me without even me asking her! She even made me dinner one night which was very kind of her! One day she drove me to a train station! Thank you for everything Rosemary!
