Nul je vous le déconseille pour un séjour de 5jours nous avons du quitter au bout du 3em jour. Ils voulaient nous faire changer de chambre du n'importe quoi en plus les activités sont hyper chères

"A tragedy in the middle of the idyllic Saloum Delta. What a pity."

/Catering On arrival there was a menu card where you could choose between several dishes. What you are not told on arrival is that you have to choose your meals every day in advance for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as there is nothing else and there are no or very few alternatives on the island, possibly in the small village about ~3 kilometers away. Breakfast is very sad. A basket of dry, pre-sliced baguette, mini pain au chocolate and mini croissant (one per person) is served. There is also a pre-packaged butter and cream cheese, as well as a small bowl of jam. Drinks include a glass of extremely sweet juice from the Tetra Pak and a pot of coffee or tea. Small dead insects in the coffee satisfied the demand for another pot and made us turn to the tea, which was also subterranean, as the tea bag with black tea had probably been rummaged out of the last corner of the drawer. Another variation seemed to be a plate of pancakes and maple syrup, which is probably not communicated to everyone. The lunch and dinner served were fine in comparison. /The service Inattention and lack of service. The demand for the interest in a drink or similar is non-existent. Before the food was served, but also during, there was no demand for these. It also happened that orders for drinks were forgotten and had to be repeated. It seems more like an active disregard for the guests. You have to take the initiative to avoid getting dehydrated. You quickly notice the overstaffing of employees, who spend most of the time engrossed in their phones watching videos, etc. instead of attending to the needs of the guests. While you as a guest are being served your food, you can watch the management sitting just a few meters away from you in a public area watching football and the like on a large flatscreen. The latter probably explains the very similar behavior pattern of the staff. /The cleanliness of the dishes The dishes are dirty, with visible dark stains on coffee pots and co.

On a passé un super sejour.excellent acceuil de la part du personnel. Les repas sont copieux et les menus enrichis. Un seul hic:l’eau potable n’est pas disponible et les extras sont hyper cher.

Keur Papaye est un paradis pour les couples et les familles qui veulent se reposer et se déconnecter du quotidien. Excellente prise de contact avant d'arriver. Organisation de l'accueil et accueil de qualité. Les chambres sont confortables et bien entretenues. Tout le personnel est chaleureux et attentionné au petit soin avec le client. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour que nous renouvellerons avec beaucoup de plaisir. Rose et Marcel

Nice pool, and good potential, but needs to step up its management

Nothing available in the restaurant, not even a coke, claiming that we have to understand, because they are based on an island. Poor cuisine, unhelpful and unprofessional management, neglect. Very poor wifi coverage on the grounds. Overpriced rooms, particularly those without aircon. It's on an island, but guests are expected to pay an outrageous rate for the boat transfer, as if there is an alternative way to get there. A rip-off, as this was in no way communicated beforehand when booking.
