Clear instructions before arrival

A parking spot would really elevate the experience. Verifying ID in advance was challenging and not something we've had to do before. Payment is normally enough.

The room was clean and smells fresh upon arrival. It has everything that we needed for a 5-day trip - fridge, microwave, kettle. Overall, very happy and pleased.

Nothing comes to mind. Everything met our expectations.

Great facilities and decent location

If being really critical, could’ve done with a dust. We did ask for a bit of a last minute early check in so maybe it was that

It was modern and warm.

It was extremely dirty. There were marks all over the walls, dust on the plants, stains on the blinds, crumbs on the floor, stains on the duvet. It felt as it if had never been properly clean. It was also located in a sketchy neighbourhood. Alcohol bottles, rubbish, nitrous oxide canisters and used condoms on the road outside. The listing says it has parking facilities but there is NO PARKING! The lift is also broken, despite the listing saying it is wheelchair accessible. Really bad access for those less able.
