Modern, clean and tidy apartment with a meticulously laid out kitchen with all the amenities. Beds were comfortable and my request for twin beds for the kids was accommodated. Air conditioning in all rooms was provided and the apartment had a cosy feel.

We had difficulty locking the door without the key from the outside, as requested on checkout. The bathroom shower leaked a lot through the shower door at the bottom edge, as the rubber strip was missing, so the floor towel as soaked. There was a nail sticking out of the carpet edge along the end of the hallway, leading to the lounge, which injured my daughter and I, as we walked past. The kitchen floors were a little dirty in some areas.

Aircon didn’t work for the whole time my guest were staying. Considering there was days well over 38 degrees and I had paid for an apartment with aircon this was unacceptable A portable aircon was supplied which didn’t work

Rooms were warm without aircon and too cold with aircon

Location of building to attractions and shopping. Size and facilities of apartment was very good. Appliances and cooking facilities was also very good.

No one to greet us on arrival, meant we had to Wait around outside of the building, make contact with Urban Rest, and for Urban Rest to arrange a staff member to allow access, open doors, hand over keys and entry fobs. (45 -60 min) This was disappointing as we communicated our estimated arrival times to both Booking .com and Urban Rest via email some days earlier. I would suggest that more effort is made to ensure arrival times are communicated and staff greeting clients especially where there is no 24/7 front desk persons in this type of accomodation. Other than that it was great! and we would use both Urban Rest and Booking.com for future travel & accomodation.

Free tram a little bit of walk. Broken dining chair, loose toilet set, mould at bottom of shower screen door on inside.

Location, comfort and cleanliness

A ceiling fan would be great in the bedroom

Good location, clean, well-equipped, nice terrace, secure building, parking off-site but close enough, and responsive staff.

Online ID verification (including uploading ID and taking a selfie) without being informed before booking that this is a requirement. Excessive and often confusing communications which should be streamlined, e.g. repeat requests for the same info, and sending info that I’d already received. For people who like fresh air in the bedrooms, the windows are hard to reach.
