The East End Apartments by Urban Rest

Very quiet. Well appointed apartment. Great location easy walk into city.

Spacious, quiet, lots of natural light, had all the things my colleagues and I needed for a 5 day stay including tea & coffee, well-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, clothes horses. We had a conference at the convention centre and it was quite a pleasant 25-min walk to get there. Good eateries on Rundle St, within easy walking distance.

Unfortunately this building has a pole dancing club right next door, so the street vibe isn’t great. A bit more maintenance would be good. Bathroom could have been cleaner, shower needed somewhere to put the washing products and the tap in the bathroom was coming loose.

Excellent communication from the property manager when our flights were delayed and our arrival time was later than expected. The property was exactly as advertised and there were no unpleasant surprises. The security of the property was excellent and the apartment was very modern, clean and spacious.

Quin was not there to meet us at the agreed time. And it was freezing for my elderly mother.

Very poor communication. We sent 4 emails requesting a later check out but got no reply and 2 bounced back

Only the parking is 140m down the road. But unlike some other apartments in Adelaide, it does have parking.
