The room is well located equi-distant from the old quarter and modern section of the City, and is close to the river. It overlooks a narrow street and overall is quiet enough with the windows open. With windows closed it is very quiet. There are two good ceiling fans and a sufficient kitchen. As a Studio it is one long, fairly narrow room with ample space for two people.

When we booked as a couple, somehow we added a third person, a child. At the time of doing the on-line check-in it was impossible to remove the child (hence we paid more), and we had to add false details about the imaginery child in order to be able to complete the check-in. On the third day of our stay the front door wouldn't open. We were perplexed There was no email and Whatsapp indicated no new messages. On opening Whatsapp the first page looked like the original message. Upon pressing "access door code" the changed code was revealed. This is simply not good enough as it caused a period of consternation. There should have been an email the previous day advising that the door code was going to change. Why can't the door locks hold a number of codes and not delete each one until all guests that had that code have left. Also please note that when you enter a front door or room door code you must finish with the tick symbol.

Super Lage für einen Besuch in Bilbao Übergabe Tür Code absolut Top auch für Ältere . Fast alles vorhanden was man so benötigt Kocher usw. Würde die Unterkunft wieder nehmen. Danke an das Team.

Laut ab 2 oder 3 Uhr Nacht Müllauto Klimaanlage vorhanden ,Wohnung aber sehr warm. Trotzdem zu empfehlen den wo ist es nicht Warm im Sommer und laut ist es überall.

Limpio, funcional y cómodo. Excelente ubicación.
