Cutlery and crockery is in a poor state and poorly in supply. Room had a bad smell. Adaptor plugs is extremely filty. Door handle fell off onto the floor, as holes in the door is over-used which causes screws to just fall out. New holes was drilled after I complained the next day. Obviously staff does not check the room/s. Containers with sugar, coffee and tea is unhigenically presented. Outside the room door is a fountain which is not in use with an old carpet laying in it. On the other side of the room is an old bucket, with cloth hanging over a plant and a dirty mop. Braai area has dead potplants and old carpets draped over a chair. All furniture in the lapa is rundown, faided by the sun and it feels unhigenic to use. The Reception Office is a laundry with ironing board and linen in heaps in the corner. This property should not be on your website untill it is re-furbished and cleaned up!!!

The room was cozy

We were stuck inside the yard as there was nobody in the office to open the gate. Reversing out and dodging cars and walls wasn't awesome

The place was clean and very quiet nice environment
