We liked the aesthetics and atmosphere in the hotel. The hotel was stylishly designed with a calm and inviting ambience. The breakfast was also delicious, and the staff were patient and friendly. The welcome drinks added a nice touch, and we especially enjoyed the coffee.

The hotel was located quite close to the station which made it convenient for so many things. The room was roomy and comfortable and clean and well serviced. The staff were friendly and kind and very helpful. We want to give a shout out to the lady (MM from Indonesia) working on the reception desk - she was exceptionally service minded, asked thoughtful questions, went above and beyond and made our stay at the hotel one to remember. Thank you MM. The complimentary drink each night at the bar was excellent. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Nagoya.
