USOur first time staying in Myrtlewood but not our last. The condo was clean, beds were comfortable, friendly neighbors and quiet neighborhood. The landscaping was beautiful and there was a very nice walking path that we used daily. A very short drive to several public beach accesses and short drive to most major attractions and restaurants. Easy check in and check out.

USUSIt was on the ground floor, near the swimming pool. It was plenty big enough, and the owners were very nice about my dogs.
Needed baking pans
USUSWe loved the amenities and the nice neighborhood. The apartment was nice and big with a great view of the beautiful pond. And corresponding with Mr. Pettigrew on email and the staff on the grounds was a joy.
There were only a few things that were amiss. The bar stool was broken, the kitchen drawer with the silverware and kitchen utensils smelled funny, and the place could use a good wipe down around door frames and things, the blinds were messed up with the bay window, and the closet door was off track. Nothing that couldn’t be fixed easily.
USUSI love the cleanliness of the property inside and out. Beautiful, quite, and peaceful neighborhood. It felt like home. Parking was extremely easy. I love the walking trail. The host was very responsive and helpful. I will stay at this property again.
Minor things was falling apart 1. The kitchen sink had a minor leak but there was a white bowl under to catch the water leak. 2. One of the beds in the smaller room wasn't stable upon first day of use. 3. The closet door in the master bedroom is not properly aligned so we left it open the entire time. 4. The elevator took so long
