Spa Haven 17B

The property was perfect for what I needed. I was able to cook dinner in, have good nights sleep, enjoy the bathroom and kitchen facilities as well as the beautiful ocean view! The pool was also lovely.

The pool was nice, but quite loud next to the road.

Amazing views and close to town. The pool is lovely and the unit had everything we needed!

If adjacent units use the bathroom/water the pipes in the wall hissed and banged very loudly in the wall near the bed. This kept us awake a lot and was constantly happening. It was a real shame as everything else was great.

The courtesy of the staff was excellent. The room was clean, quiet, and had a beautiful sea view. I really appreciated the terrace overlooking the ocean. The location is great too—just a 10-minute walk to Woolworths, with a bus stop right below and a perfect pickup point for tours. Communication was exceptional, and the team was friendly and professional. Check-in was quick and easy. Highly recommended!

The property was clean and spacious Loved the walk-in wardrobe Bed was really comfortable Everything you would need to cook was at the property Sofa was comfy and you could connect your phone to the tv to watch some apps - Netflix etc Less than a 10min walk to Airlie centre

The only thing I did not like about this property was the noise levels from other apts

Location is excellent, 5 minute walk to town and strait across from the harbour. Great size unit for 2 people with good size kitchen and amazing views of the bay from the little patio.

Parking was a bit tight on the weekend, but undercover was available if you could fit. BBQ area deck was under construction .

Comfortable apartment in location close to town centre

The room was perfect, the views were amazing and the facilities were perfect for a couple, the offer of swapping the bed for a king or queen was a great initiative as to the opportunity to have a linen and towel change for a small fee also a great initiative which we took advantage of given our 10 day stay. Effortless check-in process, and despite a couple of minor issues that required some attention, the process was also seamless. The owners attended in person and fixed the issues within a couple of hours. The location was perfect with a short walk into town, although the terrain was a little challenging given my back issues, but we managed non the less. All activities that we booked we were able to be picked up from our accomodation, which is also a bonus for this property. 100% recommend. The same owners own the adjoining 2 bedroom apartment, which would suit 2 couples or a family with similar stunning views and excellent facilities, which I would also highly recommend. Great pool, spa, and BBQ facilities were also available for you to make use of.

There was not much to dislike about this place.

Noise from main road - unavoidable. Seemed to be able to hear other apartments. Plumbing noises particularly.
